We install lighting in our kitchen cupboards. We have dark brown cabinets and my husband bought a few accessories from dark brown to them. I think we are confused and do not mix, but says he should, because our fans and curtain rods) (also in the kitchen are the same color. Thoughts?

It's personal. Some like to fit everything. I do not. However, as I things that look good, not chaotic. But that is subjective. You need only to threaten or to thank your lucky stars that her husband has a creative eye.
